Domestic Orders (Within India)
We strictly adhere to Indian e-commerce consumer guidelines to ensure a secure shopping experience.
Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Returns are accepted if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.
Return Shipping: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange and cover the cost of the return courier pickup.
Condition: To qualify for a refund, items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
International Orders (US, Canada, & Global)
Due to the high logistical costs of cross-border freight, our international return policy is strictly enforced.
Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is completely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Initial shipping charges paid at checkout (including standard or heavy-item freight) are strictly non-refundable.
Condition: Items must be in brand-new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Defective Deliveries: If an item arrives damaged, please email our support team with clear photographs within 48 hours of delivery. Depending on the size and weight of the item, we may issue a refund or store credit without requiring you to ship the physical product back across borders.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
To ensure product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during a clearance event.
Products that show evidence of wear, use, or post-delivery damage by the buyer.
The Refund Process
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
Timeline: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., PayPal, credit card, or UPI). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times.
